i Also love broccoli. i like it in all forms, but preferably covered in salad dressing or a heap of spinach dip.
see, I need mine cooked - at least blanched to take away some of the starchy flavor. But then, I will eat pounds of it in a sitting if permitted.
Broccoli is my favorite veggie, too... I do love zucchini though. But that is also harder to spell.
