I went to the Irish festival, too, and also had a funnel cake! Ammmmazing... fresh and hot battered dough. Yum.
Definitely rivaled the deep-fried Oreos I had at the Jazz and Ribbs Fest :)
I was also shocked when my mother told me she has never had a funnel cake. NEVER. Who gets that far in life without ever eating a funnel cake?!?!
